i'm recently working as Service Desk team leader and very new to Jira Service Desk
And i really need you guys here to help me for the question
i need a report, that could show me, how many tickets have been assigned to each member in just TODAY.
That could help me a lot to determine some one is being assigned much tickets, but some one is lesser.
i found the Workload in Reports, but it just shows me how many tickets being assigned for Team member, and the issues are in progress not only for Today

How are you? I am new here too and am struggling with a similar issue.
I have been using Dashboards to create standard reporting (with the Add Gadget function) such as created vs resolved or Reports to show Tickets Closed by User. Tickets closed by user is fine, but it gives me a line graph that I then have to go in to each day and total up the tickets per user which seems a strange way to have to do it.
I have read some articles about buying additional add ins which I am hoping is not necessary.
Hopefully there will be someone that can give us some advice.
