create Appointment/Meeting in MS Outlook based on the Date field

Hello everyone,

I have the Onboarding process in Jira. There is a "Start Date" field.  Is there any tool/process that automatically creates an Appointment/Meeting in Outlook and sends a notification email to the onboarding team?

I have created the automation which is able to send the email but not create the meeting/appointment in the Outlook.
