We're using "counters for confluence" a lot for user documentation and this macro works great for single documents.
We build more complex scenarios using "include page" macro, where each included page uses counters. Unfortunately the counters are reset to 1 on each included page.
Is there a chance to get a continous numbering along all included pages.
