Thanks for your question. I'm afraid that it isn't possible yet, however we are tracking an improvement around this feature at https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1646.
In the meantime, you can achieve this by accessing Automation for Jira from the global administration, exporting an individual rule and then importing that rule and assigning it to the project that you would like it copied to. You can access the export an individual rule option from the ... menu on the far right of the rule's row.
