I'm looking for a way to check incoming issues from solarwinds.
I would like to scan description for certain asset objects.
As Teams, servers, printers etc.
And add them to the issue.
Can you type like {{description.body.match}} in json and use regex to point of certain names?
And how do i add thoose results into the issue?
How are issues from SolarWinds coming in? Are you using the SolarWinds integration to Jira? Assuming that the issue is first created and you are using automation to set additional information on it then you would use smart values to set teams, servers, etc. The smart value would parse the description field, something like this:
You can then use the smart value to set other fields in the issue.
