any groovy command which get the information if the enity is promoted or reviewd/?

iam trying to run a clearrule which triggers when load happenes but when the enoty is promoted my load does not happen but it clears the data as the data clear script is run.

 

can we have some thing in groovy which gets the information on enity if its promoted or something like that and should not run the rule if promoted
