Zephyr tests appear as normal issues, with no "Test Details" section

I just installed the Zephyr trial.  The Test issue type is enabled, and the Tests dropdown appears.  But, when I try to create a test, the normal issue screen appears, with no "Test Details" section.  I don't see any screens or workflows for tests.
