We are using an OnDemand version of Zephyr and JIRA. When we use the Defect Tracking module in Zephyr and want to list the "Bugs" it pulls the correct counts from JIRA. However, when we use the Metrics and Reports module in Zephyr, when displaying the "Overall Defect Distribution by Component" counts it includes number of Stories and Bugs together! We were told by Zephyr technical support that it is possible to configure JIRA OnPremise by the JIRA site administrator but for the OnDemand version we will have to contact Atlassian. Is it possible to configure our OnDemand instance so that the Zephyr connector can retrieve the count of "Bugs" rather than a count that includes the number of bugs and user stories?
Hi Suhas,
I would like to inform you that currently matrices in Zephyr allows you to view the entire project defects.
This metric displays the total number of defects by Components with the initial view across all Components in that Project. Each of the Components are also grouped by status (New, Resolved, Reopened etc.). Clicking on a component drills-down to the next level details for that component showing the various different statuses, all grouped by the priorities of defects.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Bibek Behera.
