Zephyr add ons is taking too much time to installing

Hi I am installing zephyr add on on JIRA 7.13.0 V  AND from last 20 min showing installing how can I cancel this or how much more time it will take to installimage.png

Hi @Abby ,

 

I would suggest you to install the supported 4.x version. 5.X is only for the 8.x series of JIRA.

You can refresh the page and install the plugin from the marketplace via UPM(Installs the latest supported version of plugin) or choose any supported version from the above list and upload manually.
