Zephyr - View Change History - SQL Tables

Good afternoon,

we would like to create a SQL query which shows the execution detail history in Zephyr. 
This would mean, we need

- Name, who has change a step-status
- Date, when she / he has changed the step-status

I have already found this kind of information in JIRA - Add-ons - General Information - View Change History.

Does someone knows the relevant SQL tables for this kind of information?
