Does anyone have any ideas on how to add Priority onto a ticket we submit to Jira/Engineering that will stick with it as it travel to assignment in the new Jira?
Case: If a ticket is received in Zd and it is Priority High, on the ZD <> Jira integration I am not seeing priority as an option. Even if I did, will it travel with the case so the ultimate Jira assignee to know the priority?
