Yasoon email add on - Failed to load error

Hi, we are using the 30 day free trial and I have noticed the error in the JIRA items "failed to load"?  Is there a size limit to what can be moved into JIRA comment?  Could it be image related?  Like the product but need to understand this error and how to resolve it.

sheesh, looking back to 2019 ... good old times. 

Thank you @Karen Birmingham for this question and @Yurii Zhatkin for answering. Karen's problem is fixed by now, since we (I work at yasoon) implemented a new issue view.

Hi Karen, 

I do know if it is still relevant, but the attachments that comes from Outlook plugin should not exceeds your Jira Attachment limit size. To check/modify it go to Config>System>Attachments
or use keyboard shortcut g+g>Attachments.
