Xray throw error message "Authorization request has expired"

Hello all,

 

Today suddenly I got an error message with XRay on atlassian cloud product which is saying "Authentication request has expired. Try reloading the page." and the associated test cannot be displayed 

 

Does anyone uncounted same issue ? any idea for root cause or solution ? 2022-10-21_173826.jpg

Same here. just installed XRay and receive:

Buenas tardes, 

 

Me pasaba lo mismo pero realice la actualización del Xray desde Aplicaciones -> Administrar tus aplicaciones, espere un momento y al parecer ya funciona. 

I did the same as Nathan. Still waiting on a response from them. 

Same here -- up to date Xray app and valid license. I submitted a support request with xray devs. I recommend the same.
