Xray missing datas in a generate document

Hi there,

i have a strange issue on my production platform. i am using some document generator templates (from the store) and my reports are not complete. I mean that the document is missing some datas.

For example i use XrayTestPlanAdvWithCoverPageNew_DocGen1_QR5_V2.doc

and the In chapter 1.4 : Test Sumary is empty of test I have the right number of occurrences but not the data..

i try the template on my development platform. It works...- So i checked xray configuration (=same), project permissions (=same), screens and fields schemes (=same)...

i also checked the general setting of jira (same)...

Has anyone encountered this problem before?  Some ideas?

Hi there!

for those who encountered this issue, i finally found the issue thanks to the XRAY support team.

in my custom field, i had a field named Tests (text field with multiple lines). This field was not in Xray project field scheme but that seems to interfere.

I changed the field name with no "tests" word in it... and i works :)
