Xray integration with Jenkin - Could not establish connection

Jenkins Auto Feb 28, 2019

Hi,

We are running Xray on Jira Cloud. Now I follow the steps on this link to setup Jenkins

https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/public/XRAY/Integration+with+Jenkins

Configuration
Xray for Jenkins is configured in the global settings configuration page Manage Jenkins > Configure System > Xray for Jira configuration.

Entered Server Address, Username, and Password

Clicked "Test Connection".  But I keep getting "Could not establish connection"

I found someone has the same problem.

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/XRAY-Jenkins-Plugin-I-am-not-able-to-configure-the-Jira-Server/qaq-p/958300

I followed the suggestion to verify that my credential works and able to get the featureBundle.zip file.

Would you know what I can do to fix the Could not establish connection on Jenkins side?

Thanks and looking forward to your reply

BR,
Sam.

Authenticate base on the credentials associated with a given API Key

https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/XRAYCLOUD/Continuous+Integration+Tools

token=$(curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X POST --data '{ "client_id": "${***}","client_secret": "${***}" }' https://xray.cloud.xpand-it.com/api/v1/authenticate| tr -d '"')

Export Cucumber tests

curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" --output featureBundle.zip -X GET -H "Authorization: Bearer ${token}" "https://xray.cloud.xpand-it.com/api/v1/export/cucumber?keys=CALC-1;CALC-3"

Unzip the tests (Cucumber .feature files)

unzip -o featureBundle.zip -d features/
