Xray Test Execution Creation goes in the loop

Hi,

This is happening for the first time in my organization. I have admin access to Jira project and when I try to create a new Test execution, Jira/Xray goes in the loop and kind of stays there forever. I create a new test execution every week, so I have the right permissions for sure.

I have tried everything, logging on and off, clearing cookies, deleting one of the old entries. Xray itself is slow and seems like there is a problem with Xray.

I have made a few tests right now in my test environment, also using Xray it is working fine.

It could be some issue related to your instance, so it is best to contact Xray Support (http://Xraysupport.getXray.app) to share your configuration so that the support team can investigate further.
