Xray Reports using filters

Edited

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to get reports on All Test Executions within a Test Plan. Is there a way to create a filter that I could use in the JIRA Dashboard for my Reports.

If I create a filter on the Test Plan, it doesn't include historical data that I need, it only includes the final result.

Hi @Michel Lanteigne ,

filters are used to obtain issues and not exactly historical data.

You could create a filter for having all the Test Executions of a Test Plan, and since you can see a Test Execution as a iteration on time (i.e., some batch execution performed on a given version/revision of the SUT), it can give you some sort of insights.

But in the end it all depends on the kind of report you wish to build; can you detail it a bit further?

There are some built-in reports that can perhaps help you out, such as the Test Plans report.

For a fully customizable report, you would need to use a solution such as eazyBI that can process Xray internal data.

Regards,

Sergio
