Xray Action Box is not showing

i don't see action box to add manually my issue scheme can some one help me on this side ASAP

For you to see the "Add Xray Issue Types" action for your project, please make sure that your User Group is defined on the "User Groups allowed to add Xray Issue Types" tool on the "Miscellaneous" configuration window of Xray.
