XRay - Document Generator - Button in Issue Navigator screen missing

Hi everyone,

I want to create a report for multiple test runs. I want to select them in the Issue Navigator, and then use the Document Generator button to create the report. But I do not see the button, and I can not find the document generator in any of the drop down menu's.

The Document Generator is present in the Issue Detail screen, and on the Issue Navigator of a colleague on another Jira Board in our organization.

It is not a rights issue. Is it a setting I am not aware of?

You need to enable this feature in General Xray App settings:

Document Generator

Enable Document Generator
When this option is enabled, Jira users will be able to generate documents based on the templates installed. Disabling this option will remove Doc. Generator action from all the screens where its available.

@Carmen_Rietdijk  I have the same problem. Under Xray Settings there is Document Generator and for the template I want to use I updated the Scope to include ISSUE NAVIGATOR and ISSUE DETAIL but I am not seeing the button from the issue detail page.
