XRAY often saves pictures that cannot be displayed later -- just shows grey box or empty space.

 

1. Embed a picture in test case & save the test case. 

2. Display the test case -- picture is not viewable:  either it is a grey box or a white space with an outline of the embedded picture.

          Why does this happen?

          Is there a workaround?

Related problem, if an embedded picture in an X-ray cell is re-sized OR there are too many embedded pictures, the test-case gets twitchy, jumping around constantlhy and user cannot access the SAVE button.  User can 'sneak up' on the SAVE button or attempt to download the test case to steady the test case, but none of this should be necessary to reach the SAVE button.

This is not the expected behavior, so it is necessary to troubleshoot the cause, and the best approach is to have a support team member handling your case.
