XRAY document generator, test set template, not showing the jpg or png files

Hi Everybody,

we are using the XRAY trial for a short time and testing Xray features.

I have added some test cases with picture, and created a test set for them.

But while I was using document generator to export a pdf or doc document of test sets. 

The picture is not seen. Instead of this, I see a URL like below.

I'm using totaly default test sets template.

Actually, it seems it tries to get this pic, but it can't get for some reason.

When I click this url on pdf file, it shows this error. It tries to reach this "https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/internal/attachments/416657c3"

and it gives below error.

Do you have any idea what could be the reason of this?

Does it happen because of the trial version
