For 'Team-Managed' Project:
I'm trying to add a Status to a new Workflow.
The 'Status' has already been created and is being used in another workflow; however, when I try to 'search' for the Status, it does not appear. Is there a way to have it pop into the search field when trying to search/add statuses to workflows?
I fear that if I add a new status and add it with the same name, there will be duplicates.
Any advice would be great. Thanks!
Team-managed projects cannot use statuses that you have created in other workflows. See the tmp project as its own island with no connection to anything else. In order to add a new status, go to project settings > board > columns and statuses and add it from here.
