Why when I select Execute Tests or Plan Test Cycle, I only see Add-on is not responding.

I am not able to view the test cycles I created. I also am not able to view Managed Execution Filters. I was getting a 104 Error. Now, all I see is either a spinning wheel and then nothing or I see Spinning wheel and message "Add-on is not responding. Wait or Cancel?"
