Why is the field I added to my Card Layout not displaying?

I want to display the Zendesk Ticket Count as a field on my Card Layout. I have gone to Board Settings and added this field to the Card Layout. However, nothing is displaying on any of my cards in the relevant Jira Board. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
