Why do I have a trial/evaluation duration of 60 days?

I've seen on documentation that a trial/evaluation period normally lasts 30 days.

However, for clients that installed my applications, I see the evaluation period lasts 60 days...

How to reduce this period to the 30-days announced?

Confluence Cloud, I'm the application owner, not an application owner.

I'm talking about client that uses my application, and have a longer evaluation period than expected.

First of all, can you specify whether you are on-premise (Server/Data Center) or on Cloud (site URL ending in atlassian.net)? What product (Jira, Confluence, ...) and what plan (Free, Standard, Premium, ...) are you on?
