Zephyr is an app developed by the vendor "SmartBear" and not by Atlassian.
You should contact the support team of SmartBear to get some inputs on this :-)
I was asking this question to the community in case some else knew.
I did also contact Smartbear, and they said they acquired it ( they are finding out the answer for me).
