Why Zephyr on Jira Cloud is very slow when browsing Test Cycle or Test ticket?

I found It is very slow response when Zephyr is trying to retrieve test ticket after clicked Cycle Summary or any test ticket in Zephyr. 

Anyone please suggest why and how can I fix it.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If the issue is only with Zephyr test screens, I would advise to do the following:

  1. Follow the steps in the Generating HAR files and analyzing web requests page to confirm the slowness is caused by Zephyr (the requests to and from the add-on provider are taking long time to complete).
  2. Open a ticket with Zephyr support by using the link in the 'Support' tab of the marketplace page for the add-on (https://support.getzephyr.com/hc/en-us) and attach the collected HAR file to the request 
  3. In case from step #1 you can see that the issue is caused by something else, please provide more details in here so that we can suggest how to proceed.

I've faced same issue.
Using trial version of Zephyr with JIRA Cloud.
When open Cycle Summary it loads long time (some requests are around 10 seconds), opening each folder with tests (1-3 test inside) takes 1-2 seconds.
When tap execute some test from Cycle Summary some requests are around 12 seconds.

I've submitted a ticket with Zephyr support as well.
The plugin is nice, but too slow.

We find Zephyr Squad to be very slow - I've had a smartbear ticket in for 7 months and have added tons of har files. Are we getting anywhere to fixing this issue?

Its 2022 and Zephyr on Jira Cloud is still exceedingly slow

I have faced the same issue. It is incredibly slow and slows my work exponentially. I miss ALM.

You are very welcome @jarunee_lee . Once done with the har file, if you confirm the issue is on the add-on provider side, please accept the answer so that this thread will be marked as solved. Otherwise, inn case the slowness is caused by something else, update this thread and provide more details.
