Hi there,
Being able to view who is looking at records is fairly standard functionality in other ITSMs.
Jira Software and Service Management can do this via this app but you need to click into it to actually view who else is viewing the ticket.
Can we get it to display whether someone else is viewing the ticket without having to click into it? Either by:
1) Showing in the field
2) Showing in this area (not sure what it's called)
Not sure if this is already a feature request somewhere?
Thanks,
Dave
@David Meredith - Nothing like this exists currently and I was not able to find a feature request on it. I would suggest that you submit one here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa
Thanks Brant!

Logged as a feature request. Hopefully one day it will manifest into reality :)
