 What happened to DEISER during Codegeist 22?

Atlassian has confirmed DEISER as one of the winners of the app creation contest in Codegeist 2022. Finally, we can say that it's a reality. We've achieved two honorable mentions for our new application created in Forge. 

We have won for:

First, get to know about the app we have built: Waiting List offers value on both sides. It allows the company to share more information with the customer, allowing them to follow up on the incident in real time. This app collects the information simply and understandably without executing large configurations. This way, the user will have a friendly experience in the customer portal. Waiting List shares the valuable information needed at the right time with the right person, letting the customer know if the support team is currently working on it, how many incidents are ahead of yours, and even a rough estimate for a first response.

The app is built on Atlassian's new cloud platform, Forge. Learning about this platform was easy, and gracefully, the Product team got to work in a matter of days, and.....

BOOM!


 

We had an app we considered suitable to submit to participate in Codegeist 22. This app is closely aligned with ITIL4 principles and ITSM. By the way, it's one of the recent badges DEISER has earned, getting the "Specialized ITSM Partner" status, and becoming one of the first partners to get this accreditation by Atlassian.

"Waiting List" is now an award-winning Atlassian Marketplace app, given the collaboration of many people within the DEISER team. Any good work isn't done without teamwork, good communication, coordination, and a work environment, factors all present in this equation we call DEISER. Besides "Waiting List," of course, I also liked the one from @Katarzyna Pawlak _Appsvio_ team. "Issue Templates Agent for Jira" and "AI Doctor for Jira" from @Hubert Kut's team.
