Where's my Karma ?

Not being a big fan of the Karma stuff, but from 12.x k to 7.7 k, there's a 5k drop in my account ...

This is a known bug in Answers and we haven't yet identified the root cause.  See https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CQ-1734 and https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CQ-1726.

Unlike the old Answers, reputation points in Confluence Questions are a calculated value rather than a stored value.  So, your points are all still there, there's just a bug in the calculation somewhere which causes it to generate incorrectly sometimes.  If we can work out the root cause, we'll fix it, but until then, this problem will generally fix itself the next time the reputation cache is re-built in memory.
