Where is Community Forums Configuration?

I have installed the a trial of the Forums product on a cloud trial of Confluence. The Community Forums documentation is shown below. The Community Forums section it shows, does not exist in our instance.

Hi Dan - I don't know this add-on well at all, but I think you are looking the product documentation for the Server version of the add-on rather than the Cloud version.

There are probably some differences between the versions.

Ok thanks. I think that's what I was doing wrong. It seems that this addon is remarkably different in its cloud form and very limited in features.
