Where can I find Gliffy which is already installed?

Even Gliffy has been installed into my JIRA Sever successfully, I cannot see "Add Gliffy Diagram" in the More Action.

What am I missing?

Hi David,

Since the "Attach Files" and "Attach Screenshot" options are missing from the "More" menu dropdown in your screenshot, it's likely that this is an attachment permission issue. Gliffy diagrams live as attachments in JIRA issues, and thus create/delete attachment permissions are required in order to insert a diagram. Please double-check those permissions, and try again.
