Where I can find the settings to get oath token in Jira v8.5.1 as an admin.

Hi,

I am trying to ad Jira site in Jenkin and need to create credentials in Jenkin and add jira site in the Jenkin. How I can set the token in Jira server v8.5.1 and if there is any documentation provided for this.
