When viewing Tempo timesheets team, it blinks and shows blank screen

Hi, I'm having trouble with viewing Tempo Timesheet.

When I tried to view a team in Tempo, it blinks then shows blank screen.

I captured an error message through developer tools -> Console

and it shows the following message:

I tried many different browser and showing the same result.

Our Jira version is 7.10.0 and tempo version is 9.3.0.

I tried installing previous versions of all Tempo (9.2.0, 9.1.0, etc) but none of them works.

Recently we moved our Jira server and MySQL server to the new server.

All the other Jira features are working fine and all the issues has been restored correctly.

I have a feeling that this is related to the database issue, but I'm not sure how to fix this problem.

Is anyone having same trouble?

Can you please check if an Announcement banner is set on your JIRA instance (JIRA Administration, System, Announcement banner. 

If so, can you please make sure that all HTML tags are correctly closed.
Un-closed HTML tags are known to cause this problem and might also affect other views than Tempo (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-pages-go-hidden-or-blank-after-adding-an-announcement-banner-396298891.html). 

In case this does not resolve your problem, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal so we can better investigate this?
