When using excentia tools post-function update issue, the configuration doesn't stay.

I have installed the excentia tools and I am trying to use the post-function "Transition Linked Issues Module Function" but I can´t seem to get it right.

I select the link and the transition on the WorkFlow and pressed the update button.

But the final result was this. What am I doing wrong?
