When free trial ends will my confluence licensing begin?

Let me explain.  I currently have 10 confluence users so it is free.  I just downloaded Security and Encryption for Confluence which is a flat rate of $5 per month once the free trial is over.  So, once the free trial for the Security and Encryption is done, will I start being charged for my Confluence users even if we are still 10 or under?

Yes, once the trial for the Security and Encryption app is over, the flat fee of $5 USD will be charged.  This is the price for less than 10 users.
