Whats your best practice to mark issues for customers across projects


on server we have used Label Manager ( extensively. It allows to mark issues with predefined labels configured by the administrator to label issues across projects.

e.g. lets say we have Label Manager category called "OurCustomers" with the labels "CustA" and "CustB". With the Lable Manager custom field we can now mark issues like in JIRA Project 1, project 2, project 3  to relate to one or more customers (e.g. bug hits ....).

As Lable Manager is not supported on cloud, I would like to hear whats your solution to do so?
