If the user who installed the Jira or Confluence for Server integration apps in Slack leaves the company or is removed from Slack, what happens to the integrations with Jira Server, Confluence Server, or Bitbucket Server?

The app will become uninstalled in the Slack workspace. The bot user and slash commands won't be available anymore.

To fix it, a currently-enabled user in Slack will need to go to the plugin config in Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket and reinstall the app in the Slack workspace. New tokens will be generated that will need to be copied between the applications. The specific setup instructions for each app are documented here:

Hello @Daniel Eads  ,

We are in same situation. User account with which  Slack Jira Integration was configured is diabled . So the app got deactivated. Now how to reinstall the app . There is no specific place where i can reinstall it .

For installing it again i need to firt Remove the app then Add to slack again,

Now the question is what about existing configurations. Will it also get removed on removing the app .

Thanks ,
