What happens to Insight after Feb 3,2023?

I'm evaluating a migration for my customer from Jira Server to Data-Center and we currently use Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira. It looks like Data-Center comes with Insight - Asset Management baked in and if we were to migrate, we would save on costs by switching asset management tools.

Their marketplace page: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212137/insight-asset-management?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter states: "Customers of Jira Service Management 4.14 or Jira Software 8.14 or earlier can install the Insight app here until February 3, 2023"

Anyone know what happens to Insight users on data-center after Feb 3, 2023?

Will they start charging for the tool? What if I have an existing implementation?

Welcome to the community!

Insight will be part of Jira Service Management Data Center. It will no longer be available for Jira Software/Core and any server editions. Just like the SLA features, Insight features will only be available for JSM (DC) projects.
