We would like to understand what are the implication if in case we turn off the Zephyr for sometime?

Hello Team,

Currently, we are using Jira cloud-based and for some reason, we are planning to turn Zephyr off for some time so would like to know what are the implications?

For Ex:

1. Will I lose all my data (test plans, test cases, traceability etc)

2. If we turn it back then do we get all our data back?

3. Is there any mechanism to take back up?

No.Zephyr data won't be lost,

Yes you will get your data

Go to jira settings > apps > general configuration > take backup and download to ur local machine

Note: incase if you are restoring zephyr data make sure your jira data still present eg: issues, projects, version, components etc
