1. I want to set up a trigger that would sending mail from our email "firstname.lastname@example.org"
2. We need to send emails to our clients, but they should not have access to the portal
The client must create "issue" from email and he should receive a reply by email but he should not have access to the portal
If you disable access to the portal "as indicated in screenshot 2(request 2)" then the client cannot create a issue from email
