Hi,

I want to group tickets based on Active Sprint in Structure which also has spilled over tickets from closed sprint to Active sprint.

I know that I can use filter and remove closed sprint, but when I do this I get spilled over tickets filtered out, because the Filter is based on value of Sprint field. Which I don't want.

Any suggestion would help!

Thanks

Sadeesh N

Hi, @Sadeesh Narendran.  Welcome to the Community!

The simple answer is this: In this case filtering is not the way to go. Filtering excludes things based on the criteria you choose (in this case a sprint).

Instead, look carefully at the way you are inserting issues into your structures. You probably want to use a "...AND statusCategory not in (Done)" in the JQL you are using for the intserter.

And you may wish to use grouping — which includes things, vs excludes — to organize the view you seek.

In other words, there are a lot of "it depends" (on how you are doing things) here :)

The fastest path to success may be via our support team. They'd be happy to help you with your specific use case. You can reach out to them via support@almworks.com

Hope this helps,
