Hi!

We have one project where preparing high level project portfolio.

Some projects have cross team/ JIra projects. Then we want to see roadmap with childs in different projects.

It will be great to see that in WBS Gannt Chart.

Cheers,

Gonchik Tsymzhitov

Hello @Gonchik Tsymzhitov

Thank you for bringing this behavior to our attention and creating this Community Question.

WBS Gantt-Chart can definitely help you managing a multi-project project board! Here is what you have to do:

  1. From Jira's Top Navigation Bar go to WBS Gantt-Chart > View all Gantts or Apps > WBS Gantt-Chart if you are in Cloud
  2. In the WBS Gantt-Chart app screen, click the Create Gantt button at the top right corner of the panel, then, Create from Project (You could also Create from Filter if you already have one ready with all Projects you want).
  3. In the Create Gantt Pop-up, give a name to your Board, then use the Projects field to search and select one or more Projects you would like to see on your board. After that, click Create.

After the page loads, you're done! You should then, see the WBS Gantt-Chart screen listing issues from all Projects you have selected.

We are looking forward to hearing more from you. If you need assistance with our plugins or have any other questions, please, contact us anytime at Ricksoft-Support.atlassian.net. We'll be happy to help.

We wish you a great day!
