VertygoSla Custom Fields Reporting

Hi,

I recently installed the plugin vertygoSla on jira for the management of "SLA".

Now I need to create reports by using the values ​​in the custom fields vertygoSla and for everyone to know the value defined in the configuration of vertygoSla as the duration of the agreement type in order to calculate the time excedeed .

Hi Marco,

I am product manager for VertygoSLA plugin.

Some VertygoSLA data like the consumed and remaining time are not stored in the database but calculated in real time everytime you see the issue. Therefore you cannot create reporting for that using PowerReport.

Since version 6.4.3.0 for JIRA 5.1 we provide REST web services which can be used by external reporting system to create reporting: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/VSLA/REST+Access+Guide

I add a little comment, I have just installed Birt and power report plugin but , for example, the duration of the agreement type is present in the config xml in one table of db jira...not easy to extract.
