I can no longer schedule imports from the Jira Cloud for Sheets Add On. In the last week I started seeing an error message about Duplicate accounts.
Sheets I have already got scheduled imports for seem to be working fine, but this is a huge impact if I can no longer do this.
We have a GSuite account, but the Jira associated account is not in the GSuite account (ie. My work Jira is separate to my Suite account used for the google sheet.)
My colleagues appear to be having the same issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
