User Timesheet Gadget shows "internal server error when requesting ressource" for some users

Hi,

 

since upgrade to TEMPO 7.11 the user timesheet gadget shows no results for some users. They can access their timesheet, book time without problems. Error message on screen ist "Internal server error when requesting ressource". Same error occures when Project managers and administrators try to access this gadget  for the specific users.

All other tempo gadgets are working without any problems.

There is no difference in project rights for users where it works and users where no result is shown. They belong to the same groups.

In the error log a REST error is shown. It says there is a null pointer exeption.

Hi Jens,

This has been fixed and is awaiting deployment. Hopefully we can release a version containing this bug fix within a few days. 

In the meantime, the workaround is to either not plan on Activities (version, component, project – issue plans should be fine) also ensure that you have at least one worklog on the period in question.
