User Story Map plugin not visible

As a Jira OnDemand User with an active Greenhopper licence I wanted to evaluate the User Story Map plugin. The plugin has been installed via Atlassian's marketplace and reports an active trail licence. According to the installation document there should be an new top menue navigation button. Unfortunately it's not.

If you run GreenHopper already the installation is very simple: just download and install the plug in and start working
