Use IFTT to connect an uploaded attachments to a confiforms table entry attachments field

I have a list of PDF files uploaded to a confiforms page.  Each attachment is named to match the ID of one of the entries in a confiforms table.  I would like to use a "onModified" IFTTT trigger to connect the uploaded file on the page to the current table entries attachment field when there is an uploaded file whose file name matches the entry.id.
