Upgrade Jira Server and Stay on Service Management old version

Hello,

We have both Jira Server Software and Service Management configured under the same URL. 

Now we are going to discontinue Service Management and continue Software for one more year till the official support ends on FEB 02 2024.

So we are planning to upgrade Jira Software to the newer version and stay on the Service management existing version(as we won't renew the Service Management license).

Will there be any problem if we don't upgrade Service Management. We will different versions of Jira software and Service management.

Hey @Madhu Reddy ,

You can mix and match some versions but not all of them. On the link below you can see the compatibility matrix between JSW and JSM.

So you will need to have a compatible version between the 2 of them.
