I have found an app in the marketplace, but it says Unsupported, have anyone used the Unsupported app in the past and what was the experience. This is for Service Desk Cloud

I don't have any prior experience with unsupported apps myself. However, I would say that an app being unsupported shouldn't necessarily deter you from using it. If an app is unsupported, it simply means Atlassian's official support team can't answer any technical questions about it. This means if you do run into any problems, you'll need to direct your questions to the app vendor instead.

what is the scenario if an unsupported plugin's vendor is Atlassian.
Does it mean that Atlassian's official support team can't answer any technical questions about it , but if the app is involved in any vulnerabilities or malicious functions, Atlassian will take reponsibilities on fixing them?
